WHITEGLOVEMD, LLC ("WHITEGLOVEMD") provides educational clinical decision support, independent second opinions, and patient navigation services for cardiac surgery and cardiovascular conditions. We exclusively provide advisory, educational, and informational support. WHITEGLOVEMD does not provide treating-physician services. We do not write orders, prescribe medications, perform procedures, or assume clinical responsibility for any patient’s care. Our services are designed to supplement — never to replace — the relationship between you and your treating physicians.

No physician-patient relationship

Your access to or use of WHITEGLOVEMD does not create, establish, or constitute a physician-patient relationship, a doctor-patient relationship, or any clinical treatment relationship between you and WHITEGLOVEMD or any of its physicians, employees, agents, contractors, or affiliates. The physicians who review your case provide independent educational consultation and expert opinion only. They are not your treating physicians and do not assume responsibility for your medical care.

Not a substitute for your treating physicians

All information, analyses, risk estimates, consultations, and the WHITEGLOVE Insights™ report are educational and informational in nature. They do not constitute medical advice, a medical diagnosis, a prescription, or a treatment plan, and they are not a recommendation to pursue or decline any specific test, medication, procedure, or course of treatment. Every clinical decision regarding your care remains solely between you and your treating physicians, who are responsible for your complete clinical picture.

No prescriptions, orders, or clinical responsibility

WHITEGLOVEMD physicians do not prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests or imaging, render clinical diagnoses, or direct, manage, or supervise your medical treatment. WHITEGLOVEMD does not assume clinical responsibility for your care at any point — before, during, or after any surgery or procedure. Nothing provided by WHITEGLOVEMD should be construed as directing your medical care.

A second-opinion service — not a telehealth provider assuming care

WHITEGLOVEMD is structured as an independent medical second-opinion and clinical decision-support service. Where a consultation is included in your selected package, it may be delivered using telehealth (video) technology for convenience and access. The use of telehealth technology does not change the educational nature of the service, does not establish a treating relationship, and does not cause WHITEGLOVEMD to assume your ongoing care. Any concierge or navigation access we offer is informational and directional — it helps you understand what to expect, answers questions about your recovery trajectory, and coordinates with your treating team — and does not constitute the practice of medicine or the assumption of care by WHITEGLOVEMD.

Our review has limitations

For cardiac surgery reviews, the analysis is reviewed and co-signed by two physicians — a cardiac surgeon and a cardiologist — before delivery. Our review is a tool that supports — it does not replace — your treating physicians and their clinical judgment. Even so, any review has inherent limitations, may contain errors or omissions, and is only as reliable as the information on which it is based.

No guarantee of outcomes

WHITEGLOVEMD makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees — express or implied — regarding any specific clinical outcome, treatment result, diagnostic accuracy, or the completeness of any analysis. The absence of a finding in any report does not guarantee the absence of a condition. Medicine involves uncertainty, and no second opinion can eliminate that uncertainty.

Reliance on the information you provide

The quality and accuracy of any WHITEGLOVEMD analysis depend on the completeness, accuracy, and quality of the medical records and information you provide. Incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated records may materially affect any analysis or opinion. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and for sharing any WHITEGLOVEMD materials with your treating physicians before acting on them.

Licensure and jurisdiction

WHITEGLOVEMD’s educational second-opinion services are made available from the United States. Because no physician-patient relationship is established and no treatment is rendered, these services are not intended as the practice of medicine in your state or country of residence. WHITEGLOVEMD does not represent that its services are appropriate or available in every location, and you are responsible for any laws applicable to you.

Assumption of risk and release

By using WHITEGLOVEMD, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with acting on or relying upon the educational information provided, and you release WHITEGLOVEMD and its officers, directors, employees, physicians, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims arising out of or related to clinical decisions made by you or your treating physicians based in whole or in part on the information, analysis, or opinions provided.
