HOW IT WORKS

From complete records to a co-signed heart-surgery second opinion—within 24 hours.

A cardiac surgeon and cardiologist review the same required records and imaging, then co-sign one patient-facing WHITEGLOVE Insights™ report. The 24-hour review window begins only after the required records and imaging are received and confirmed complete.

We respond within 2 business hours. Same-day physician conversations may be arranged during business hours when clinically appropriate, subject to availability.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

The details that should never be buried.

When does the 24-hour window begin?

The 24-hour clinical-review window begins only after all records and imaging required for your case have been received and confirmed complete. The time required to collect missing materials is outside that window.

Can you help obtain records and imaging?

Yes. With your authorization, our records team can help request and organize the materials needed for review. The exact requirements depend on your clinical question and what has already been completed.

Who reviews the case?

A cardiac surgeon and a cardiologist review the required case material, and the written WHITEGLOVE Insights™ report is co-signed by both physicians.

Do all packages include a live physician call?

No. The $495 WHITEGLOVE Insights™ package includes the dual-physician written report but no live consultation. The $995, $1,495, and $2,495 tiers add different levels of live access, exactly as shown below.

Can I message before choosing a package?

Yes. A member of our team responds within 2 business hours. After-hours messages are returned at the start of the next business day. When appropriate, a same-day conversation with a cardiac surgeon or cardiologist may be arranged during business hours, subject to physician availability.

A HUMAN PLACE TO BEGIN

Start with the question—not the checkout.

Send us a message and a member of our team will call you back within 2 business hours. If a same-day physician conversation is clinically appropriate, we can help arrange it during business hours, subject to availability.
