BEFORE YOU BEGIN
The details that should never be buried.
When does the 24-hour window begin?+
The 24-hour clinical-review window begins only after all records and imaging required for your case have been received and confirmed complete. The time required to collect missing materials is outside that window.
Can you help obtain records and imaging?+
Yes. With your authorization, our records team can help request and organize the materials needed for review. The exact requirements depend on your clinical question and what has already been completed.
Who reviews the case?+
A cardiac surgeon and a cardiologist review the required case material, and the written WHITEGLOVE Insights™ report is co-signed by both physicians.
Do all packages include a live physician call?+
No. The WHITEGLOVE Insights™ package includes the dual-physician written report but no live consultation. Higher service levels add different levels of live access. After your complimentary conversation, we email the package we recommend and what it includes.
Can I message before choosing a package?+
Yes. A member of our team responds within 2 business hours. After-hours messages are returned at the start of the next business day. When appropriate, a same-day conversation with a cardiac surgeon or cardiologist may be arranged during business hours, subject to physician availability.
